Using 3D computer visualisation software, Solidworks we design furniture for the contract environment. This area generates the 3D rendered visuals for client approval along with detailed technical drawings to ensure all products comply with the brief from all parties i.e. architect, interior designer, contractors and end user.
This software also generates all component/cutting list information to be used in the factory for manufacture thus ensuring technical requirements are covered at an early stage.
Working as a cohesive team between design and manufacturing all the team at AEB (UK) Limited takes ownership and responsibility for the project. From initial designs right through to sampling, production and final quality control and undertaking of installation we project manage the contract fully.
All core furniture manufacturing is based in the UK with some key component products such as glass are when required imported from a more economic source thereby gaining a pricing advantage we can pass on.
We supply goods in MFC, MFMDF, Laminate,. Solid Wood, Real Wood Veneers, Metal, Glass & Upholstery to meet the requirements of the project.
From the initial design briefs right through to installation and handover of the project we can co-ordinate all aspects with the architects, interior designers, main contractor, sub-contractors and end client.
